My basic coaching package is £40.00 for a monthly coaching plan plus a fortnightly Messenger or Skype communication.
Following an initial consultation I create a periodised annual plan at the beginning of the coaching period and then your monthly training plan is delivered to you at the beginning of your month. The plan allows for up to one alteration within each month. Other packages allow for more communication or alterations if wished.
The minimum coaching period is three months. The initial consultation is £10.00, deducted from your first month’s coaching if you decide to proceed. The initial consultation allows me to discuss with you your goals, your time constraints, work patterns, family commitments, as well as your current fitness and training. This consultation then informs the plan I design for you.
Training plans can include pool or open-water swimming, cycling, running, yoga, strength and conditioning, and can also include elements of fitness, skills, techniques, and lifestyle, including nutrition advice. It is possible to add also individual skill coaching sessions.
Current athletes I am coaching have goals they are working towards which include Ironman distance road triathlon, standard distance off-road triathlon, and a long-distance mountain bike touring route.
Others have fitness related goals as part of an overall lifestyle plan. This can include looking at your current barriers to participation in exercise.
